Lattissima details

This blog ranks 4th on the google! It's peculiar though.
Using blogger may cause this result.

So I'm going to show you a bit more about the Lattissima.
There are four colors and three models.

F320 is the premium model and its color is chromium.
It has a cup warmer on top which is exclusive to this model.

F315 is the black. F310 is red and cream(white).
F315 and F310 are same except  the material of top panel of sliding drip tray.

If you like cappuccino or latte macchiato all you need is to push a button.

To put it correctly,
first get the milk container out of fridge,
second put a capsule into the machine,
push the button you want,
remove the capsule(actually just open an inlet once),
rinse the nozzle for a while (actually just press the clean button),
put the container back to the fridge,
drink and be happy!

Lattissima is out now!

Finally we can buy a lattissima here in Japan.
It took about  a year. It was so long.

By the way, I don't know why,
this site ranks fifth on the google search
when you search the word "lattissima" in google.co.jp.

It was really amazing cause the post about lattissima is written in English.
But you have to use google Japan to find out this blog. Who is reading this?
And the nesspresso.co.jp, its official site in Japanese, ranks only 9th.
What happens?

Anyway you can buy lattissima at nesspresso boutique now.
Sooner or later you can buy at Biccamera in Yurakucho or elsewhere. I haven't checked yet.

I also recommend you to get a discount ticket for shareholders of the department store.
You can save 10% or so depending on where you buy.
And capsules rise from October. It's time to buy!

You may doubt that capsules fall soon because Euro hits low recently.
But the price doesn't  reflect the market or circumstances simultaneously.

My lattissima will come tommorrow.
I will report again in this blog soon.

New technologies in PC.

I'm going to introduce two new technologies.

1. Thin client

Nec is now selling Lui, home server client solution,
which enables us to use PC at home through wireless and wired LAN.
The thin client which is named remoter is used as a remote desktop.
So the remoter doesn't have to have a fast CPU
and hence it doesn't need much electric power.
The weight of the remoter is only about 649g.
It is less than half of the famous macbook air.

I'm looking forward to using the technology.
But there are a lot of restrict.
For example, LAN is required
and any other data communication is not available.
So you cannot use this computer outside without the environment.

This technology seems to be too cutting edge that you can't use it easily.

2. Splashtop / Express Gate

It is a function in a mother board of ASUS.
It takes only 7 seconds to boot the OS.
And then you can email, check internet and use skype.
As you might expect there are a lot of limitation,
say, you can't install original program.
Still this kind of instant access to internet is very useful.
Actually a lot of people doesn't need all ability that famous OSes have.
In the busy morning, you can check internet immediately.

I didn't know this function when I bought new mother board in January.
I should have known this!

Ecology

I have been misunderstanding the meaning of ecology.
I thought that ecology is to reduce unnecessary energy or trash.

The meaning is "study of organisms and the environment".
For example,
"The oil spill caused terrible damage to the fragile ecology of the coast."
I mean I didn't expect this kind of usage at all.

Anyway, if you reduce the energy, it would make less CO2.
And this will prevent global warming.
Then it will be easy to live with the environment.
I keep using this ecology in this entry.

Ecology is difficult to deal with.
It seems that there is nothing I can do.
Turning off the lights often doesn't look good.

But I finally found how.
Throughout cooking you can reduce a large amount of energy.

A TV program* shows
there are a lot of unnecessary heat while our cooking.
For example,
it is said that spinach needs to be boiled in large amount of water.
But actually it doesn't a matter.
The amount of water doesn't affect its taste.
You can boil spinach with less water.
So you can also reduce the heat to boil water.

There are other ways in the program.
Ecology is not something special. You can do it every day.
It's really eye-opener for me.

Long Jump Women

I like sports. But I don't often see games.
I'd rather play than watch games.

Mom and I happened to see "Long Jump Women" final on TV.
While watching the game, she said "She is cute!".
She is Blessing Okagbare who comes from Nigeria.
Against her, I'm for a player who looks nice to me.
She comes from Jamaica whose name is Chelsea Hammond.

Okagbare's first jump is excellent. Actually it was her personal best jump.
Then another player and Hammond appear on TV.
Next to next will be her turn.

And then women's 4x400m relay started on TV.
Then going back to Long Jump little after.
And mean time, Hammond will be next again.

And this time, men's 4x400m relay started on TV.

Finally I can see Hammond 6th try.
And this is the only time that I could see her try.

By the way Gold Medal Winner Maurren Higa Maggi
required the audience for applause from the first jump.
I was surprised by the action but actually the jump become longest one.

Bureaucracy

I have often been seen as a part of representative of elites
because of my degree.

A bussiness partner started criticising bureaucracy at a drinking party.
He claims their usage of taxi is outrageous.
They should come home using a train.
Thinking of the cost, he is right. But who else can do their works?
How much will it take to hire a man who can their works?
It must cost too much.

Everyone says that a lot of people wants to serve the nation.
But have you ever been trying?
Just studying fucking hard about twenty years will take you there.
If you start working there now, I promise you can't stand working for a day.

I don't want to praise bureaucracy, I don't like it too.
But I don't want to see someone who won't work hard
is criticising hard-working people.

Lattissima

ATTENTION; The link above is a little bit heavy. It may take time to see the site.

A new nespresso machine debuts recently in France or somewhere else.
By using the Lattissima, just pushing a button makes a cup of cuppuccino.
It has a milk container, and you can keep this in a fridge.
So you don't have to care for milk much.

I love espresso because I love cuppuccino.
But it takes a little longer time to make a cup of cuppuccino.
So I rarely make a cup of cuppuccino.

If it makes it easier, I can enjoy a life with cuppuccino with quite little effort.
So I'm longing to wait for their selling this machine in Japan.
